Global and remote-first. Work from wherever you're most effective. We coordinate asynchronously and gather in person a few times a year.
High agency, low bureaucracy. Small teams, clear ownership, fast decisions. If you see something broken, you're empowered to fix it.
Craft over quantity. We'd rather ship one thing that feels magical than ten that feel adequate.
